Product Description
Morphology:
1. Isolated flakes: Monolayer, single-crystalline WS2 flakes are epitaxial deposited on sapphire substrate. The flakes are distributed across the whole surface of sapphire. Sizes of the flakes are about 50~150 micrometers.
2. Monolayer continous film: Monolayer and continuous WS2 film is epitaxial deposited on sapphire substrate. WS2 film covers the full area and the monolayer ratio is over 95%. The monolayer and continuous WS2 film has very strong PL signal.
3. Multilayer continous film.
