Product Description
Morphology:
1. Isolated flakes: The isolated triangle MoS2 flakes is monolayer, single crystalline flakes, and well distributed on the whole surface of the substrate. The flakes size is about 30~120 micrometers.
2. Monolayer continous film: the monolayer and continuous MoS2 film come from the isolated MoS2 flakes. The flakes continue to grow bigger and then form the continuous film. The monolayer rate is over 95%, and show very good PL results.
3. Multilayer continous film.
